Agassiz's Dwarf Cichlid

(Apistogramma Agassizii)

This stunningly coloured dwarf cichlid makes a brilliant addition to most aquariums. They have yellow body's with various blue, purple, red, yellow, orange, brown and black markings on it. There are also various colour morphs now avalible in the trade too. They do not tolerate nitrites or very much nitrates and small, weekly partial water changes should be carried out to insure these are kept under control. They may spawn but the eggs are suspectable to fungus attack if the water is dirty.
