Zebra Malawi Cichlid

This medium sized lake malawi cichlid is from the north west of the lake. they have variable colouration but most have a light blue body with dark blue to brown stripes running down it. They may have yellow to blue dorsal and caufal fins. Males can be identified by the yellow egg spots present at the back of the dorsal and anal fins. They will spend time grazing algae off the rocks in their aquarium and will benifit from some algae present in their diets. They are a mouthbrooding species.
